What is Ventii Eats?

Ventii Eats is a food delivery service platform that allows customers to order straight from our merchants. Browse through our wide variety food selections, and order to have your cravings delivered at your doorstep!

What kind of food can I order from Ventii Eats?

You can order from a wide variety of food selections. Our categories include: Bread and Pastry, Meal, Frozen Food, Diet-Specific, and Drink.

Do I need an account to order?

No need! User accounts are only for merchants as of the moment. However, if you wish to receive updates from us, you can subscribe to our newsletter for free!

Who can become a merchant on Ventii Eats?

Our online platform is inclusive, and welcomes anyone interested in selling their homemade dishes. We aim to empower home-based food merchants, micro, small and medium food enterprises.

How to Order
When can I place my orders?

Our order form is accessible 24/7. You can place your order any time, any day.

Can I order from multiple merchants?

Yes, you can order from multiple merchants. You will just have to fill out a separate order form for each.

How do I find merchants near me?

Simply enable your location when the prompt appears or through your browser settings. Reload the page and you can now view nearby merchants by clicking Our Merchants on the menu.

How can I determine the status of my order?

You will be sent an order tracking link through SMS and email once the merchant processes your order. You can track the status of your order there.

I have already placed and paid for my order. What is my next step?

Just sit tight and expect a response from the merchant within 24 hours!

Can I place orders in advance?

Yes, you can place orders in advance. Simply place your desired delivery schedule on the order form. The merchant will try their best to fulfill your request.

Can I edit my order?

No, you may not edit your order once you have paid. You may fill out a separate order form for more food selections.

Can I cancel my order?

Only orders that cannot be accommodated on your requested delivery schedule can be cancelled. The total amount will be refunded to you, less the processing fee.

It has been 24 hours since I ordered, but the merchant has not yet gotten back to me or processed my order. What do I do?

On behalf of our merchant, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience. Your order will be cancelled automatically and you will receive a full refund.

I have a voucher issue. What do I do?

What are my payment options?

We accept payments made through Gcash, debit cards and credit cards. We are currently working on other payment options to better serve you.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Our delivery charges are based on the distance between the pick-up point and the drop-off point. You will see the delivery fee before you proceed with order confirmation and payment.

How can you assure safe processing of payments?

We ensure that all transactions are secure and encrypted. Our platform protects credit cards against unauthorised use by having a 3D secure validation, which asks for a one-time pin (OTP) upon checkout.

Our delivery feature is available in the entire NCR and the following:

Who will book the deliveries?

The Ventii Eats team will handle the deliveries. Just sit tight and wait for our rider's text message!

How will I know if my food is on the way?

A rider will get in touch with you through SMS when he is on the way to deliver your order.

How will I know if my food is ready for pickup?

Pickup schedule and details that are provided by the merchant are included in the confirmation email. Kindly coordinate with the merchant on the day of the pickup.

Who can become a merchant on Ventii Eats?

Our platform is inclusive, and welcomes anyone who is interested in selling their homemade dishes. We aim to empower home-based food merchants.

What does it mean to be a merchant?

Ventii Eats’ merchants gain access to a full in-store experience. They get to increase their customer base and maximize their sales by listing all of their food products on our platform, free of charge

What can Ventii Eats offer?

We offer an innovative and user-friendly website that simplifies the order process for both merchants and customers alike. Aside from unlimited product listings, merchants are provided additional features, such as: real-time order notifications, order tracking management, on-site payment and delivery, and exclusive marketing opportunities..

Do I need to pay to join Ventii Eats?

We do not ask for any fees or commission as our goal is to empower home-based food merchants amid the pandemic. Rest assured, any changes to this set-up will be communicated to merchants at least 30 days before implementation.

How do I get my profit?

We disburse your full profit through a weekly payout system.

What are the requirements to sign up?

The Ventii Eats experience begins with trust and safety in the community. As a result, we require identification (valid ID and bank account details) to enable the order, payment, and delivery service. Rest assured, all information will be kept confidential.
